VFL #1 & 2
November 14-15, 2008
After an excellent weekend at Bradley University, the Gustavus forensics team headed up north to Concordia College for the first and second Valley Forensics League tournaments of the year. The Gusties experienced tremendous success, making finals in fifty-eight slots over two days. Gusties won eight of eleven events on the first day and ten of eleven on the second day. There were also several events where Gustavus competitors took the top two, three, four, or even five placings in finals. All in all, it was a tremendous success for everyone on the team as everyone placed in at least one final round over the course of the weekend.
